2 cups vanilla ice cream 3/4 cup milk whole or any preferred milk 1/4 cup yellow cake mix or funfetti cake mix 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles plus extra for garnish 1/2 cup whipped cream for topping, optional
In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, cake mix, and vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
Add the rainbow sprinkles and pulse a few times to mix them in without breaking them up completely.
