  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup milk whole or any preferred milk
  • 1/4 cup yellow cake mix or funfetti cake mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream for topping, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, cake mix, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  • Add the rainbow sprinkles and pulse a few times to mix them in without breaking them up completely.
  • Pour into tall glasses and top with whipped cream and extra sprinkles if desired.
  • Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!

Notes

  • Storage: Best enjoyed immediately, but can be stored in the freezer for up to 30 minutes before serving.
  • Customization: Use chocolate cake mix for a chocolate cake batter milkshake.
