Ingredients
  

  • 1 box cake mix any flavor
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mix-ins such as chocolate chips, sprinkles, or nuts (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in any desired mix-ins such as chocolate chips or sprinkles.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are soft.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • Customization: Use different flavors of cake mix such as chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, or funfetti.
