- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
- 1 egg or flax egg for vegan
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- For the Churro Topping:
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish or two ramekins.
Blend or Mix the Batter:
