Ingredients
2cupsvanilla wafer crumbsfinely crushed

0.5cupbourbon
2tbsplight corn syrup
12ozdark chocolatemelted
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, chopped pecans, and powdered sugar.
Stir in bourbon and corn syrup until the mixture comes together.
Scoop out small portions and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate the bourbon balls for at least 1 hour to firm up.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
