1 cup medjool dates pitted 1/2 cup almonds raw 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup chia seeds 2 tbsp cacao powder 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp sea salt
