- 1 cup medjool dates pitted
- 1/2 cup almonds raw
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Add the pitted dates, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt to a food processor.
Pulse until the mixture forms a sticky dough, scraping down the sides as needed.
