Flaming Dr. Pepper Shot

- Long match or lighter
Ingredients
- ¾ oz amaretto liqueur
- ¼ oz overproof rum e.g., Bacardi 151
- ½ pint light beer
Instructions
- Prepare the Shot Glass:
- Fill a shot glass with the amaretto, leaving a small space at the top. Carefully float the overproof rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
- Prepare the Beer:
- Fill a pint glass or beer mug halfway with light beer.
- Ignite the Rum:
- Using a long match or lighter, ignite the overproof rum in the shot glass. The flame will burn briefly, so exercise caution.
- Drop the Shot:
