- 1/2 cup unsalted butter cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp honey for dough
- 1 tsp dried culinary lavender finely ground
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar for coating churros
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon for coating churros
- 1/4 cup honey for drizzling
In a saucepan, bring water, butter, honey, and lavender to a boil. Stir until butter is fully melted.
Reduce heat to low. Add flour, stirring vigorously until the mixture forms a smooth ball.
