Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt enhances flavor
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows for topping
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir continuously until smooth and melted.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips over the top, pressing them lightly into the fudge.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares and enjoy!
