- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt enhances flavor
- 1 cup mini marshmallows for topping
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips for garnish, optional
Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir continuously until smooth and melted.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips over the top, pressing them lightly into the fudge.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
