Instructions

Melt Chocolate:Stovetop: Place chopped chocolate and butter in a separate small saucepan over very low heat. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.Microwave: Combine chopped chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
Strain and Flavor: Remove mint sprigs from the cream using a spoon and discard. Slowly whisk the mint-infused cream into the melted chocolate. For a touch of added sweetness and flavor, whisk in vanilla extract.
Serve Warm: Serve warm alongside your churros for a cool and refreshing dipping experience.
