- 6 Oz Chocolate (dark or milk chocolate), finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1-2 Tsp Finely grated orange zest (about 1 orange)
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla extract
Melt Chocolate:Stovetop: Place chopped chocolate, heavy cream, and butter in a small saucepan over very low heat. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.Microwave: Combine chopped chocolate, heavy cream, and butter in a heatproof bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Whisk in Zest & Flavor: Remove from heat and whisk in orange zest and vanilla extract.
Serve Warm: For the best dipping consistency, serve warm alongside your favorite churro variations.
