1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted 2 tbsp granulated sugar 8 oz cream cheese softened 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 1 tsp lime zest 2 tbsp fresh mint finely chopped 1 cup whipped cream 1 cup fresh raspberries
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a greased muffin tin to form mini pie crusts.
Refrigerate the crusts for at least 10 minutes while preparing the filling.
