Salted Caramel Chocolate Dipping Sauce
This sauce combines rich dark chocolate with luscious salted caramel for a sweet-salty flavor combination perfect for churro dipping.

Ingredients
- 6 Oz Good-quality dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1/4 Cup Prepared salted caramel sauce (store bought or homemade)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Melt Chocolate:Stovetop: Place chopped chocolate, heavy cream, and butter in a small saucepan over very low heat. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.Microwave: Combine chopped chocolate, heavy cream, and butter in a heatproof bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Swirl in Caramel: Remove from heat. Gently swirl in the salted caramel sauce, but don't overmix. You want beautiful streaks of caramel throughout the chocolate. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt for an extra touch.
- Serve Warm: Serve warm alongside your churros for the ultimate sweet-salty dipping experience.
