Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar cookie mix store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles plus extra for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, almond extract, and sugar cookie mix until fully combined.
  • Fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  • Sprinkle extra rainbow sprinkles on top for decoration.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
