  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt Butter and White Chocolate:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and white chocolate together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients:
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until pale and fluffy. Gradually add the melted white chocolate mixture and whisk until combined.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients:
  • In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Add Optional Mix-ins:
  • If desired, gently fold in white chocolate chips or chopped nuts for added texture.
  • Bake:
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
