2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted 24 oz cream cheese softened 1 cup granulated sugar 3 large eggs 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp vanilla extract 6 pieces Cadbury Creme Eggs chopped 1/4 cup heavy cream for melted chocolate drizzle 1/2 cup chocolate chips for topping 4 pieces mini Cadbury Creme Eggs for garnish
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter together, then press into the bottom of the springform pan. Chill while preparing the filling.
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
Mix in the sour cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
