  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 pieces Cadbury Creme Eggs chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream for melted chocolate drizzle
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips for topping
  • 4 pieces mini Cadbury Creme Eggs for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter together, then press into the bottom of the springform pan. Chill while preparing the filling.

  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  • Mix in the sour cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the chopped Cadbury Creme Eggs.
  • Pour the batter over the crust and smooth the top.
  • Place the cheesecake in a water bath and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the center is slightly jiggly but set.
  • Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Heat the heavy cream and pour over the chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the cheesecake.
  • Garnish with mini Cadbury Creme Eggs before serving.

Notes

  • Storage: Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
