- 1 1/4 cups Irish whiskey
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract optional
In a blender, combine Irish whiskey, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, chocolate syrup, instant coffee, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using). Blend on low speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Pour the mixture into glass bottles and seal tightly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Shake well before each use.
