The National Confectioners Association (NCA) has announced the selection of 8 professionals for the 2026 Future Leadership Program (FLP) class. The program, launched in 2016, is now in its 11th class and is designed for young professionals under 40 years old as of January 1, 2026. Participants must have at least 5 years of professional experience and a minimum of 3 years in confectionery-related roles. Meet the 2026 FLP Class

The 8 selected professionals represent diverse roles across the confectionery industry, including trade marketing, regulatory affairs, R&D, sustainability, and technical sales. Participants include Isabel Coté, Director of Trade Marketing at Storck USA LP; Ashley Giovinazzo, Senior Manager, Regulatory at Ferrara; and Ginny Landt, Technical Sales Manager at Mantrose-Haeuser Co., Inc.
